Redwood Infotek has executed hundreds of projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars. Most of our work has been for Oil & Gas clients in western Canada. Often working indirectly through other agencies. We have been a small part of some of the biggest green field projects executed in Alberta over the last twenty years. Early in Redwood's history we did more Pulp & Paper projects. Mining and logistics projects have been completed along the way. We have successfully completed projects in Canada, USA, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and mainland China. We have managed offshore engineering centre resources in Indonesia, India and Costa Rica.
Projects are bound by scope, schedule and budget. Project Managers refer to these three items as the iron triangle. Each impacts the other and no one can change without impact to the others. A fourth component of any projects is the quality of the deliverable. Project Managers are tasked with managing scope, schedule, budget and quality to meet, or exceed the stakeholders needs. Subject Matter experts are expected to define technical solutions that can be implemented within the charter of the project.

Our team consists of Project Managers with a deep understanding of the processes utilized in successful delivery of projects. Our subject mater experts know software development methods, industrial automation and process control. We have worked in Oil & Gas, Oilsands, Pulp & Paper, Mining and mobile asset management. Our experience has been with very small to large green field projects. At times, our services have been provided indirectly through an agency or EPC. We are highly flexiable working with you to find a means to mobilize on your project.
Redwood Infotek can engage on a per hour basis or execute a project for a fixed fee. Either approach has its benefits. With low overheads, our rates are competitive to the industries in western Canada. We will be flexible in negotiating rates for projects specific work or a master services agreement.
